Fire at New Market

A godown was gutted as a fire broke out at New Super Market early Saturday.

The fire originated from electric short circuit at around 1:45am. On information, two fire fighting units of Polashi fire service rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control after half an hour effort. Some other shops damaged a little in the fire, said fire men. Polashi fire service senior station officer Mofazzal Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
