The emptiness is thinking of the Chief Justice

Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha has questioned what will happen if there is no two-thirds majority in the Parliament if there is a serious allegation against the judge in accordance with the Sixth Amendment. He said that this vacuum is thinking about him.
The Chief Justice said this in the morning on Thursday in a hearing appealed to the state's prosecution against the verdicts declaring the sixteenth amendment to the constitution, which was handed over to the Jatiya Sangsad.
Senior lawyer Rokon Uddin Mahmud as his Amicus Curie in today's hearing gave a written speech At one stage of the hearing, there was a question of not having two-thirds majority in the parliament.
A seven-member Appellate Bench headed by Chief Justice is hearing the seventh day today.
In the hearing, Surendra Kumar Sinha said that they maintain the most sacred laws of the constitution. Here, something that has been inserted, there is a scope to create void! If there is a serious allegation against someone (Judge) what will happen if two-thirds majority (parliament) is not there (judiciary)! It's upset.
Amicus Curie Rokan Uddin Mahmud also made reference to such void in his written speech.
The 17th amendment of the Constitution was passed on September 17, 2014, to restore the power to remove the judge. It was published in the form of gazette on 22 September. On November 5 of the same year, nine lawyers of the Supreme Court have filed a writ petition in the High Court challenging the validity of this amendment. After the final hearing, on May 5, the special bench comprising three judges of the High Court declared the sixteenth amendment illegal on the basis of majority opinion. The verdict began on May 8 on the verdict of the prosecution against the verdict.
